How is qub different from a regular sofa?

The qub is a modular, assemble-it-yourself sofa, that you can arrange, configure and disassemble as per your very own designs, needs and purposes, which are all unlike the features of any regular sofa. It provides the ease of portability and accessibility as well by not being uselessly bulky like a regular sofa.

What is the size and weight of a qub?

The dimensions and weights of the individual components of qub are:  Base (including legs): 2x1.7x1 feet (lxbxh) and 10.7 kilograms  Side (including legs): 0.4x2x2.25 feet (lxbxh) and 6.1 kilograms  Seat: 2x1.7x0.33 feet (lxbxh) and 1.3 kilograms Apart from this, regular configurations of 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-seater sofas are of the following dimensions and weights:  1-seater: 2.875x2.125x2.25 feet (lxbxh) and 30.3 kilograms  2-seater: 4.9x2.125x2.25 feet (lxbxh) and 48.4 kilograms  3-seater: 7x2.125x2.25 feet (lxbxh) and 66.6 kilograms  4-seater: 9x2.125x2.25 feet (lxbxh) and 84.6 kilograms  5-seater: 11x2.125x2.25 feet (lxbxh) and 102.7 kilograms

What if I want to return my sofa and want a refund?

We want our customers to experience nothing short of perfection when it comes to product design, safety and ease of comfort. Therefore, we urge you to kindly write to us at connect@getmyqub.com within a maximum of 2 business weeks after delivery of the product, regarding any shortcomings in the product received at your end or in case you want to return the product and process a refund. If the wish to return is intimated to us before or upon the completion of 1 business week after delivery of the product, 75% of the invoice value shall be refunded to the bank account, of which details must be sent by the customer in the same email as the one intimating us of the customer’s wish to return the product. If the wish to return is intimated to us after the completion of 1 business week but before or upon the completion of 2 business weeks after delivery of the product, 50% of the invoice value shall be refunded to the bank account, of which details must be sent by the customer in the same email as the one intimating us of the customer’s wish to return the product. If the wish to return is intimated to us after the completion of 2 business weeks after delivery of the product, we will not be liable to process any kind of refunds or compensations for the product.

How do I clean my qub?

For routine dusting and/or removal of pet hair, using a regular dusting cloth is appropriate for the micro-suede fabric of the sofa. For potentially lasting stains like oil, milk, chocolate, etc., use of lukewarm water coupled with gentle rubbing action using a regular cleaning cloth is recommended. Do not use any harsh chemicals like strong detergents, whiteners or bleaches on the fabric of the sofa.

How long will it take to get my qub?

The usual time between the reception of your order and the delivery of the order is one calendar week. However, due to uncertain delays and latencies in the supply chain and logistics due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we request you to kindly consider an additional 3 business days of buffer time.

How long do returns and refunds take?

Depending on how quickly the customer intimates us of their wish to return the product, a return and refund can be completed in a minimum of 7 business days, or a maximum of 3 business weeks. However, due to uncertain delays and latencies in reverse-logistics due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we request you to kindly consider an additional 3 business days of buffer time.
