getmyqubReturns and Refunds Policy

Effective as of the 4th of August, 2021

Welcome to the ‘getmyqubReturns and Refunds’ policy agreement. For purposes of this agreement,“Company” refers to WoodBulk Furnitures.“Site” refers to the Company’s affiliate website, which can be accessed at www.getmyqub.com. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can view, wish-list, buy, review, return and track shipment; order in bulk; access constituent webpages and social-media handles. The terms “we,”“us,” and “our” refer to the Company, registered and d/b/a ‘WoodBulk Furnitures’. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. “Business week” means five consecutive Business Days, excluding Public Holidays, e.g.: the time period on & between a working Monday and a working Friday.“Business day” means a day of the week out of the set of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, that is not designated as a National Holiday of the Republic of India or Bank Holiday in the territories of the Republic of India or Holiday designated by the Government of the State of Madhya Pradesh.

The following Returns & Refunds policy applies when you view or use the Service via our affiliate website located at www.getmyqub.com.

Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree to abide by these terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy in their entirety, we implore that you kindly do not access or use the Service.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want our customers to experience nothing short of perfection when it comes to product design, safety and ease of comfort. Therefore, we urge you to kindly write to us at connect@getmyqub.com within a maximum of 2 business weeks after delivery of the product, regarding any shortcomings in the product received at your end or in case you want to return the product and process a refund.

If the wish to return is intimated to us before or upon the completion of 1 business week after delivery of the product, 75% of the invoice value shall be refunded to the bank account, of which details must be sent by the customer in the same email as the one intimating us of the customer’s wish to return the product.

If the wish to return is intimated to us after the completion of 1 business week but before or upon the completion of 2 business weeks after delivery of the product, 50% of the invoice value shall be refunded to the bank account, of which details must be sent by the customer in the same email as the one intimating us of the customer’s wish to return the product.

For example, if the product has been delivered to the customer on a business/working Monday, the time period until the end of the next Monday shall be considered as 1 business week. If the product has been delivered on a non-business/non-working/holiday Monday, the next business/working day shall be considered as the start of a business week. Consequently, if the day on which the 1 business week or 2 business weeks’ time period comes to an end is a non-business/non-working/holiday, the next business/working day shall be considered the end of the incumbent business week. If the product has been delivered to the customer on a weekend, that is, a Saturday or a Sunday, the next business/working day shall be considered as the start of a business week.

Please note that if the wish to return is intimated to us after the completion of 2 business weeks after delivery of the product, we will not be liable to process any kind of refunds or compensations for the product.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns & refunds policy:

1) Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

2) Returned items must have tags, if any, still on and be returned in original packaging

3) Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Depending on how quickly the customer intimates the Company of their wish to return the product, a return and refund can be completed in a minimum of 7 business days, or a maximum of 3 business weeks. However, due to uncertain delays and latencies in reverse-logistics due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company requests you to kindly consider an additional 3 business days of buffer time.

MODIFICATIONS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We can amend the terms in this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time and will update these terms in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement. Your continued use of the Site or the Service signifies your agreement to our revisions to the Returns and Refunds Policy. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes to the Returns and Refunds Policy by posting a notice on our homepage and/or sending an email to the email address you provided to us upon registration. For this additional reason, you should keep your contact and profile information current. Any changes to the Returns and Refunds Policy (other than as set forth in this paragraph) or waiver of our rights hereunder shall not be valid or effective except in a written agreement bearing the physical signature of one of our officers. No purported waiver or modification of this agreement on our part via telephonic or email communications shall be valid.

FEEDBACK & INFORMATION

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. WoodBulk Furnitures (the “Company”) shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

GENERAL TERMS

If any part of this Returns and Refund Policy is held or found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion of the Policy will be construed as to be consistent with applicable law while the remaining portions of the Policy will remain in full force and effect. Any failure on our part to enforce any provision of this Policy will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Policy survive any transfer or termination of this Policy.

You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your relationship with the Company must commence within ONE year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

ThisReturns and Refunds Policy and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the laws of the State of Madhya Pradesh, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may assign or delegate this Returns and Refunds Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Returns and Refunds Policy without our prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment or delegation by you is void.

You acknowledge that you have read the Returns and Refunds Policy, understand the terms of the Returns and Refunds Policy, and will be bound by these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that this Returns and Refunds Policy along with terms of use [insert link to terms of use]together with the privacy policy at [insert link to privacy policy] represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us and that it supersedes any proposal or prior agreement oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
